In 2012, Mr Lee, saw another huge potential. This is in the production and packaging of rice vermicelli, a thin form of noodles made from rice or rice flour. Popular in Asia and used in almost every Asian cuisine in restaurants, express food outlets and at home, rice vermicelli cooks easily, stir fried or added to soups and combine well with all types of meat. Oftentimes, they are substituted for rice and are a favourite of many.

Months of meticulous research and studies have concluded in their Farm Pack brand of rice vermicelli that is distinctive in flavour and high in nutritional value. An investment into a million dollar custom-made automated rice vermicelli machine, the dry vermicelli is wholly processed by this specialised machine which allows optimal temperature control, exact purified water volume and quality rice grains blend.

The product is cautiously and hygienically packed in coiled nests to prevent breaking the delicate strands. They come in various packaging, present packaging are (400g package type – 50g x 8 individual coils) and (400g coil packaging.)
